  1. Hooray!
So glad you have returned to the Haiku playground,
    you have been missed!!!!!!

    Love your visual.
I have painful memories of that jarring finale.
I was never quick enough to be the first one off.

    1. Hi, Fishy! Thanks so much! I have missed you all, too.

And I would always go out of my way to make sure that I never jarred my seesaw partner; too bad they weren't all so considerate!

  2. Well, Fleur, sabbatical's over. Keep bringing that A-game.

And consider the Fringe Festival. Here's the information: http://www.nyc-arts.org/events/20213/fringenyc-bumbershoot. I think you'll find the play quite the experience. We saw a dress rehearsal last week in Boone, NC, only the second complete runthrough of the play. I can't imagine how much better it'll be in NYC, now that they've had time to rehearse.

And I guarantee that if, after the play, you approach the writer/director, his wife, or three of the actors whose names I'd give you and announce yourself as a longtime pal of the czarina and me (before our entire group became legends in our own minds), I imagine you'd be welcomed into the cast and crew like royalty.

We used to be so young, Fleur. How many times have I said that?
