Perhaps the HM world is wondering what the half-year hiatus hath wrought . . . that Fleur's go-to theme is no longer romantic longing?
Or perhaps not.
I love the credit line on the first piece of artwork (yeah, I read that kind of stuff; occupational hazard). Copyright "Original Artist."
Remember the old K-Tel records, "Fifty Hits by the Original Artists!!" On some of those albums, to avoid actually paying for the real versions, they had a band named "The Original Artists" do cover versions of the songs.
What some folks call bullshit might be genius, although I don't think that's the case with entry no. 2.

Great entries, Fleur. As always.
Csar, I don't want people to think I am a one-trick pony. My go-to theme is always just a haiku away.
DeleteAnd I had some of those K-tel records. The "Original Artist" scam was low. Did they think we wouldn't notice??
Fleur--
ReplyDeleteI kissed a cousin once...seeing as we were both boys, I just got his shotgun, sans the wedding. HaHa...good times!!! (sorry).
Just kidding, of course, and so glad to see you're back up and playing...I've missed your tongue(?) in cheek romantic musings.
Think'n first one is quite genius; well played!!!
SMILES--
